Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Pattern & Memory, every piece is printed on demand just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Change of mind
- Item not as expected
We encourage all customers to carefully review our size guide before placing an order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at patternandmemory2026@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
Once reviewed, we will offer a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Wrong Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to resolve the issue with our fulfillment partner.
